Most waterproofing materials are derivatives of crude oil and as such their costs are linked to crude oil prices.

The final cost of course will depend on the specification of the work and the quality of the material used.

Fibre based materials should not be used on a flat roof where water may be laying.

Glass based felts are now considered the minimum quality for use on flat roofs and are generally only used as an underlay with polyester cap sheets.

We only use elastomeric polyester based materials made with long life UV Modified bitumens especially formulated for the British climate.

We  expect 40 years plus of trouble free service from flat roofs using our materials.

We will not be beaten on price.

We promise to beat any comparable quote.

A new flat roof is comparable in price to a good quality carpet ( only guaranteed longer)

Expect to pay £27.00...£30.00 per square metre on average, depending on difficulty.
